Laser Cutting and engraving
Po box- When designing this set piece, I was able to get away with cutting the base and supports with a bandsaw. I then designed the more complicated assets on Adobe Illustrator to be sent for laser cutting. Fun fact- the green labels are spray painted painters tape that I cut out by hand

Mail trays- The individual pieces of the mail tray were all designed in Illustrator and sent to be laser cut and engraved. The text was painted first, then the inside of the boxes got a coat of off white spray paint, and finally aged with a dry brushing technique.
Employee of the Month plaque + Wet floor sign- These props were just flat pieces of laser cut and engraved acrylic that I painted. The plaques also had beveled rectangles of wood I cut and sanded that were used as bases

2d trees for a scrapped environment

Spaceship panels- These were all designed with the idea of set mobility and controlled light leak in mind. A majority of the interior spaceship set was laser cut, including the wooden supports- which allowed us to make 2.5 interior sets for multiple shots to be done at the same time

Mixed Media Props
Some signs are heavily based off of existing USPS signs.

Print outs for set propagation
Made in Illustrator and Photoshop

Foldable paper props- designed on Illustrator
Paper towel rolls (top left of shelf)- rolled up newsprint and Mod Podge

Spray bottles- sculpted in clay, molded in silicone, cast in Smoothcast plastic, hand painted, and finally apply printed labels that were designed in illustrator

Many box facades were made with foam core and butcher paper, while the envelopes were just print and cut out

Stars- These were sculpted in epoxy, and then I vacuum formed the shapes with PETG plastic in order to run HO scaled lights into them.

Spaceship clutch handle- Carved out of foam with a Dremel, molded in silicone, and cast in Smoothcast
